- ChloroShield™ Clearess® lasts up to 20 years.
- SilverShield® HYgene® lasts for 112,500 gallons of water.
- For Clarius™ and Goodspring™ systems, the Purifex® media should be replaced at the same time as the SilverShield® HYgene®.
- For Bacteriostatic Goodspring™ 10” systems with ScaleMax™, the ScaleMax™ media should be replaced every 5 years or every 375,000 gallons of water.
- For Bacteriostatic Goodspring™ 13” systems with ScaleMax™, the ScaleMax™ media should be replaced every 6 years or every 500,000 gallons of water.
- Our smart iGen® series systems inform you when it is time to change the filter media by saying “Call for service” on the display.
Those systems are measuring the water that gets filtered by the system. For systems without an iGen® valve, you will need to estimate how often the maintenance needs to be done based on an estimate of your water usage.
